2023 Jerry E. Baker and Jack Lunt Memorial Art Exhibition

Highlighting artistic excellence in southcentral Kentucky for over 30 years

Baker/Lunt Memorial Exhibition (then Jack Lunt Memorial Exhibition), 2016

About

The Jack Lunt Memorial Art Exhibition began in 1987 as a collaboration between philanthropist Jerry E. Baker and the Capital Arts Alliance in Bowling Green, KY as a tribute to Baker’s late partner, Jack Lunt. For over twenty years, the exhibition was shown at the Capital Arts Center Houchens Gallery and featured a variety of artists from across the state. The Downing Museum, constructed by the late Jerry Baker in honor of Kentucky-born artist, Joseph Dudley Downing, is proud to serve as the parent institution for this exhibition. All art media will be accepted for consideration, including installation and video-based media.
